Billing Policy

We utilize automatic renewal billing to make sure that our users have a continuous access to the service. By purchasing a premium membership plan, you agree to automatic renewal billing.

The subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of a current period unless cancelled manually.

The initial subscription will be renewed automatically for a time period which was chosen initially at the same rate unless cancelled or changed.

With accordance to our Terms of Use, we reserve the right to amend your subscription package. Any price changes will be preceded by a notice.

Paying for the subscription to obtain additional feature(s) will make it or them active for 1 month only. For user's convenience, said subscription to the feature(s) will be automatically renewed for the period of the same duration and at the same price unless cancelled or changed before the current period is expired. The renewal will only take effect at the end of the current payment period, not before.

Once the subscription is in use as per our Terms of Use, users are not eligible for any refunds and their access to the service will continue until the end of the subscription period, so that our users were able to enjoy AstroFate and all of its features.
